what appears to be a good value service with nothing else on the market being able to compete

I wouldn't say she made me happy - it was a bit of a struggle from her end as I had to repeat my surname FOUR times and my wife also told her the surname. Furthermore, my wife was given a different ref number to the one she had been trying to use on line. When my wife asked why the ref number had changed she was not given an answer. Finally (nothing to do with the clerk Nita), why do you cause us to use an expensive telephone number when we have been customers for years?

Difficult to RATE AUTO AID BREAKDOWN..... I HAVE NOT HAD TO USE ITS SERVICES.... BUT , the Administration of issuing new policies is straight forward.

I've never had to use Auto Aid but knowing it's there should i need it's services is re-assuring

it didnt, especially when i was told there was a £5 charge for paper documentation.

Disappointed that I have to wait 2DAYS for my cover to be effective when payment was taken today yet I'm not covered until 3rd June! That doesn't make sense??!? Surely you should be covered from when you make payment or at least that day! Also person on the fone sounded like I was keeping him up he sounded bored out of his face and it was like talking to a mono tone robot!

I am only able to score as 'acceptable' because, fortunately, I haven't needed your recovery services to 'rescue' me. However, the service to renew was flawless and from a customer service perspective was excellent - thank you, it is very much appreciated.

Nita was very efficient but quite direct and rude. I asked her to wait on the line for 5 seconds and she answered that she was too busy to wait and neede to attend to other calls.
