It wasn't possible to renew online, I had to ring and do it over the phone. I spoke to a pleasant person, but he spoke very fast. I asked him to speak slower and he tried. When you speak over the phone it's not always easy to hear what is being said. But it was fine.

Nita was friendly and efficient in renewing my policy which could not be done online because of a difference in the renewal fee. Had the online system been able to cope it would have saved a 10-15 minute phone call and probably got a 'Very Good" rather than just a "Good" rating.

I tried to renew online but being unable to I phoned. I gave up hanging on with the first call. On the second I persisted and after quite a wait Elsie dealt with my renewal capably, documents received promptly.

Great price - shame you don't appreciate and reward loyal customers. There is a current deal via the Martin Lewis site allowing 15 months for the price od 12 months for new customers only. It doesn't pay to be a loyal customer nowadays which is very frustrating / disheartening

I have been fortunate in the period I have had Auto Aid Breakdown cover both with car seldom needing emergency care and with staff I have had to contact. Courteous on phone. Local service which had to be summoned was efficient and prompt. I did raise the issue I had over a charge being made for a bona fide payment by cheque. There are older people with no internet connection or proficiency but who are paying their premiums promptly by cheque. This seems unfair and if the banks insist they should be challenged. You are still getting the money.

Reminder of renewal date in good time. Reasonable price. Have only had to call out a breakdown vehicle once or twice but the service was very good.

Kavelle was fine but renewal letter said I could renew on line, this did not work and the the number it gave to call did not appear to be in service either. I have had a Policy with you for over 12 years and fortunately have never had a breakdown so i cannot say how efficient the service is.
