Each time I contact Auto Aid I am always pleasantly surprised about the amount of cover that this service provides, whether its for towing my caravan, or concerns about losing keys.
We have just purchased a 2nd car for my wife to drive and I rang to extend the cover, only to be advised that it was not needed, as we would be covered by the current policy whichever car we were driving. How good is that, and gives confidence for my wife when she is in the car alone. All the staff we have spoken with have been friendly and very helpful.
