“I have not made a claim for some years; that makes me happy. Auto Aid provides good service. What makes me unhappy is the absence of an on-line paying mechanism especially as you have severe penalty charges on those who pay before the exact renewal date, but for some reason, but then have to cancel. It's a deterrent fr next year's renewal”

“Everything ok and the attitude of the staff member was very pleasant. My only issue was that when I read the emailed document, the house number had been entered incorrectly. I then had a little difficulty getting back in contact as all phone lines must have been busy. Hopefully now, everything has been rectified & all my correct details are on your database.”

“Easy renewal, helpful advice and info from Elsie and seems like reasonable value. Can be left waiting rather a long time for roadside assistance though. Hope it would be more speedy if l was on the road or motorway away from a town.”
